Poetryprayers.com is a combination devotional thought and prayer for the day. My heart's desire is to share the Word of God with others. We see America going further and further away from being enriched with God's Word. Instead, people are following their own wishful thinking! (Jer. 23:25) We see God's Words through Jeremiah today with ministers "stealing words from each other and saying they are from Me." In reading through Grace for the MomentDaily Bible, I often refer to the devotionals included by Max Lucado. I am diligent to reference Him or others with an asterisk* and name them within my writings or at the end, should I use their thoughts and words in my poetryprayers. I love this special Bible because of its easy reading foremat. It compiles a yearly read through the Bible with a couple of chapters from the Old Testament, Psalms, Proverbs and the New Testament each day and a short devotional by Max Lucado. We won't get stuck in Levitical Law for a month reading through the Bible this way. I've tried over the years to read the Bible straight through, and found it most difficult. With Grace for the Moment Daily Bible, it's easy as pie! And I do love pie:) I pray you are reading through the Bible with me, and God is challenging your heart each day, as He does mine, to walk in the beauty of holiness.
